%X Late in September 2012, the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) deployed a web-based application for emergency management of ~1,100 patients at-risk of life-threatening fungal  infections following epidural injection of methylprednisolone acetate (MPA) from a single compounding pharmacy.  The custom information system and its successful use in providing situational awareness and decision support during the fungal infections outbreak will be highlighted in this presentation.
